Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support client relationships, ensure service excellence, and assist with day-to-day communications between clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs
  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
  • Assist clients with service updates, campaign progress, and account information
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $40,000 – $52,000 per year (depending on experience)
