The Customer Service Representative will support homeowners throughout their renovation financing journey by providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring each customer receives professional and timely assistance. RenoFi helps homeowners explore financing solutions for renovation projects through a streamlined process and personalized support.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers throughout their experience with RenoFi
- Help customers understand available options and next steps in the renovation financing process
- Respond to customer questions and provide clear information about services and procedures
- Build positive relationships by listening to customer needs and providing solutions
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow established company processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure customers receive consistent support
