Position Overview

Logll is seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming office environment while providing administrative and customer support to internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Maintain front desk organization and office presentation
  • Coordinate mail distribution and office supply inventory
  • Support internal departments with clerical and customer service tasks

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $38,000 – $48,000 per year (based on experience)
